1. Data we collect
When you run a domain audit or place an order on LaunchIndex, we collect the target domain URL, public metadata (title, description, HTTP headers), and the customer contact email provided at checkout. Payment processing is handled directly by Stripe; LaunchIndex never stores raw payment card numbers.
2. How we use your information
We use your product metadata and contact details exclusively to generate your tailored launch-fix-pack.zip configuration files, register your software profile across the selected software directories, and deliver order status notifications and tax receipts.
3. Catch-all mailbox isolation
For directory submissions requiring email confirmation, LaunchIndex provisions an isolated alias (launch+<slug>@launchindex.dev) used strictly to complete registration verification and hand over credentials to you.
4. Data retention and removal
You may request export or deletion of your order history and audit logs at any time by emailing support@launchindex.dev.
