1. Scope of technical services
LaunchIndex (https://launchindex.dev) provides automated technical launch readiness audits, structured metadata configuration packages (launch-fix-pack.zip including llms.txt, schema.jsonld, sitemap.xml, and security header rules), and software directory catalog registration for B2B SaaS and developer products.
2. Digital delivery and account ownership
Upon order settlement, customers receive immediate access to their tailored launch-fix-pack.zip configuration archive, a 20-page technical readiness PDF report, and a live order fulfillment dashboard (/order/:orderNo). All directory listings and verification mailboxes (launch+<slug>@launchindex.dev) are provisioned on behalf of the customer with full credential handover.
3. Passive inspection compliance
Our diagnostic engine performs strictly passive HTTP GET/HEAD inspection of publicly accessible metadata routes (/, /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml, /llms.txt). By submitting a domain for audit or directory indexing, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the target software project.
4. Billing and one-time payments
All tiers ($79 Starter Launch and $249 Growth Launch + Citations) are billed as one-time digital deliverables and technical indexing services (MCC 7372). There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden auto-renewals. Statement descriptor: LAUNCHINDEX.DEV.
