1. 30-day indexing and DR guarantee
LaunchIndex stands behind every submission campaign with a deterministic 30-day performance guarantee: if your domain does not achieve Domain Rating (DR) 15+ or gain at least 30 verified indexed directory links within 30 days of order completion, we issue a full 100% refund upon request.
2. Replacement of rejected listings
If any third-party directory rejects a submission due to niche or category restrictions, LaunchIndex automatically replaces it with an equivalent or higher-DR verified directory from our 134-platform catalog at zero additional cost.
3. How to request a refund or support review
To request a refund or replacement audit, email support@launchindex.dev with your order number (ord_...) or domain name. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 1 business day.
